Chuckanut Century Ride for Hospice
^{Join hundreds of bike enthusiasts of all ages on September 14, 2008 for this self-paced ride through the scenic countryside of Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Distances range from 25, 50, 62, 100 and 124 miles, all with marked routes and water/food/aid stations.} 

Windermere Pro-Am Classic Golf Tournament
^{Sign up now to participate in or sponsor the 2nd Annual Windermere Pro-Am Golf Classic to be held August 20 & 21, 2008 at the Bellingham Golf and Country Club! On Wednesday night participants will enjoy a themed dinner, music and each golf team will have a chance to bid for the pro of their choice. Then on Thursday morning 33 teams of five (including one pro) will take to the course. The tournament format is a rather unique “Shamble,” featuring individual rather than team scoring. Net proceeds from the event will equally benefit Whatcom Hospice Foundation and St. Joseph Hospital Foundation. Last year’s tournament raised over $82,000!}
