Annual Report
The mission of the Whatcom Hospice Foundation is to help ensure that everyone in our community can choose to use Hospice services when facing a life limiting illness. We are here to provide dignity, comfort, and a measure of control in a chaotic and uncontrollable situation.
Each day, more than 100 Whatcom County patients and their
families are experiencing this devastatingly difficult
situation.
Whatcom Hospice Foundation provides external funding to the Hospice
program, allowing timely access to Hospice patient care
services. The Hospice staff and St.
Joseph Hospital have made it their priority to ensure that
patients receive access to service, supply
patient-oriented clinical supervision, and provide quality
end-of-life care here in Whatcom County.
